To fulfil, deliver and follow up your order (performance of a contract); to keep accounts and invoices (legal obligation); to answer your questions (legitimate interest); to measure audience and the effectiveness of our advertising, with your consent where required by law.
04Recipients
The carrier, for delivery; our payment service provider, for payment collection; our technical hosting (Vercel Inc.) and storage providers, strictly within the limits of their remit. No data is ever sold.
05Transfers outside the EU
Some technical service providers are based outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
06Retention periods
Order data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then archived for ten years to meet accounting obligations; correspondence not linked to an order is kept for three years after the last contact.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@b2-volt.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
08Cookies and audience measurement
The website stores your language and basket in your browser, which is necessary for it to work. Audience measurement and advertising tools may be used; they are subject to your consent where required by law.
