FAQ
Before you order
Can I install the charger myself?
No: installing an EV charger is a job for a qualified electrician, who will create a dedicated circuit with the appropriate protection. We provide the manual and wiring diagram, and answer your installer's questions.
Is delivery free?
To mainland Spain, on orders over €150. Other zones have their own threshold, shown on the Delivery page and in the basket.
What if the item isn't right?
You have 14 days from receipt to cancel, with no reason required: the item must be returned uninstalled, in its packaging.
