Choosing
Power, supply, connector.
Which charger power should I choose?
The lowest of three: what your installation allows (7.4 kW on single-phase), what your vehicle accepts on AC, and the charger's own rating. The charging guide works it out for you.
Is my car compatible?
Every electric and plug-in hybrid car sold in Europe charges via Type 2 on AC: our chargers and cables are suitable for all of them.
Do I need a smart charger?
Not to charge; yes if you want to schedule from an app, restrict access with a card or measure energy with a certified meter, for example to bill it back to a business or tenant.

Installing
Fitting, protection, formalities.
Who installs the charger?
A qualified electrician. They create a dedicated circuit from the consumer unit, with the appropriate protection. We provide the manual and wiring diagram.
What protection do I need?
A 30 mA residual current device suited to residual DC current (Type B, or Type A if the charger itself detects 6 mA DC, as ours do), a correctly rated circuit breaker and, depending on exposure, a surge protector.
Do you offer installation?
No: we sell online only. Your usual electrician can install any of our chargers, and we answer their questions in writing at contact@b2-volt.com.

Delivery
Times, rates, countries.
How much does delivery cost?
To mainland Spain, €9.90, free on orders over €150. Each zone has its own rate and threshold, shown on the Delivery page and calculated in the basket.
How long does it take?
Dispatch within 24 working hours, then two to seven working days depending on the zone. The tracking link is sent to you on dispatch.
Do you deliver to the Canary Islands?
Not at the moment: the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the EU VAT area.
What is a bulky parcel?
The dual charger and the solar kit ship in oversized packaging: a €29 surcharge applies once per order, even when delivery is free.

Returns
Cancellation and guarantee.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, for 14 days from receipt, with no reason required. Write to us at contact@b2-volt.com; the item must be returned uninstalled, complete and in its packaging. Return costs are your responsibility.
What if it breaks down?
All our items are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. Write to us with your order reference and a description of the fault.

Payment
Methods and security.
How can I pay?
On a secure payment page: Bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice showing VAT comes with every order, in the name of the person or business you specify.
