02Scope
These terms and conditions govern distance sales concluded on the website with consumers and business customers, for delivery to the countries offered in the basket. They take precedence over any other document, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
03Products
Products are new and described on their product page: power, supply type, cable length, specifications. Photographs are computer-generated images for illustration purposes.
EV chargers and electrical protection devices must be installed by a qualified electrician, in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of installation. Non-compliant installation may void the manufacturer's commercial warranty, without affecting the legal guarantee of conformity.
04Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges, which depend on the delivery country, are added and shown in the basket before payment: Mainland Spain (Spain, excluding the islands) : €9.90, free on orders over €150, 2 to 4 working days ; Balearic Islands (Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza, Formentera) : €19.90, free on orders over €400, 4 to 7 working days ; France and Portugal (Mainland France, mainland Portugal) : €12.90, free on orders over €250, 3 to 5 working days ; Europe (Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria) : €14.90, free on orders over €300, 3 to 6 working days.
A bulky parcel incurs a surcharge of €29, once per order, which is not covered by free delivery. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
05Orders
The contract is formed when the buyer, having checked their basket and details and accepted these terms and conditions, confirms payment. A confirmation is sent by email. The quantity per item is limited to 10 units per order.
06Payment
Payment is due on ordering, on a secure payment page operated by our payment service provider: Bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. B2VOLT never has access to card details. The order is processed only once payment has been confirmed.
07Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of payment confirmation, by tracked parcel, to the address provided by the buyer. Indicative delivery times by zone are shown on the Delivery page. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not served.
The buyer checks the parcel on receipt and records any reservations on the carrier's delivery note; they inform B2VOLT within three working days at contact@b2-volt.com.
08Right of withdrawal
The consumer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, by sending an unequivocal statement to contact@b2-volt.com (the model withdrawal form may be used). They must return the item within the following 14 days, uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging; return costs are borne by the consumer.
The refund, including the original delivery charges up to the cost of the standard delivery method, is made within 14 days of withdrawal, using the payment method used for the order; it may be withheld until the item has been received. A deduction may be made for an item that has been installed or whose value has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to examine it.
09Guarantees
The consumer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery, and from the guarantee against latent defects. In the event of a defect, they write to contact@b2-volt.com quoting the order reference; B2VOLT offers repair or replacement or, failing that, a refund, at no cost to the consumer.
10Personal data
Data required for the order is processed in accordance with the website's privacy policy.
11Complaints and mediation
Any complaint should first be addressed to contact@b2-volt.com. The consumer may then refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, or to the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
12Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Consumers resident in another EU Member State retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
